About Beth & Dale

Beth and Dale have lived in Brevard County over 20 years and have worked together in business over 25 years in contracting, insurance, publishing and real estate.

Both Dale and Beth are licensed Realtors and both have earned the prestigious GRI designation established by the National Association of Realtors.

THE GRI is recognized nationwide as the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge.

Dale's past experience and State of Florida licenses as a Certified General Contractor and Roofing Contractor bring expertise to the commercial side of real estate.

Both Beth and Dale are members of the Melbourne Area Association of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service and as such are qualified to use the Realtor name.

We subscribe to the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.

Dale is the 2008 President Elect for the Melbourne Board and Beth is current Chair of the Commerical Investment Division.
